Parents and Toddlers

Parents and Toddlers meet on Mondays and Fridays during school term times.
The Monday session is led by Sharon, and starts at 10am.
The Friday session is led by Karen and starts at 10am.

Once the toddlers have arrived
and had a little play and run (crawl, shuffle) about,
we sit down and are read a little story.

The toddlers then do some craft work relating to the story to take home with them.
We do colouring, sticking, painting, cake and biscuit decorating and lots more.
Toddlers are amazingly creative!

After some more play it's time for a drink of squash (a nice cup of tea or coffee for the mums) and a biscuit.
We then play until it's time to put away the toys. Mums and toddlers then sit in a big circle and sing the old familiar nursery songs with lots of actions, noise and jumping about. "Twinkle twinkle little star" "Old Macdonald had a farm" "Bringing in the Hay" "Sleepy Bunny" and lots more!
All in all, a grand morning out, with a chance to chat and make new friends.
